This project was developed in 2004, while we were able to import data and support much of the functionality, and met with Government of Canada and University of Ottawa law representatives (the latter of whom were non-committally supportive), we had to drop the project due to a lack of time and resources.

Mid 2009 the Canadian government has started making some information available in XML format — example — but I'm not aware of anything as comprehensive as PW/TWFY in Canada, even though the software is freely available.
